The room at Sungreen Resort was absolutely amazing! The private balcony overlooking Ritigala Mountain was breathtaking and gave us such a peaceful atmosphere. We felt like we were on top of the world!

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking at times. But hey, that's just me!

The staff was friendly, we totally recommend this place to friends. We loved Sungreen Resort & Spa.

The hotel was well presented with reasonably good employees at the reception desk. The room was really well-equipped and spotless, very clean beds. The location was good, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and satisfactory.

We had an amazing experience at Sungreen Resort. the staff were incredibly helpful and always there to assist us. the food was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We found the rooms to be spacious and the beds were very comfortable. the resort's beautiful landscaping and stunning views added to the overall ambiance. We also enjoyed the relaxing pool and appreciated the daily flowers on our bed. This was truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and we would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 👌.

The room was reasonably large with a comfy bed. Having a bidet, a drier, and shower caps was a bonus. - the location was absolutely perfect and excellent, within walking distance.

This place is peaceful, with excellent staff members at the reception, and its location is beautiful with a short walk to the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and allowed us to easily visit various tourist sites and the Kaudulla National Park. The service was excellent, with the staff being professional, friendly, and accommodating. They provided us with a warm welcome and made sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had an array of leisure facilities, such as a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and live entertainment, ensuring that we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the on-site dining options were superb, offering a variety of delicious dishes. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We spent our Christmas break at a resort which had beautiful and well-manicured gardens that were perfect for a family picnic. the pool area was well-maintained and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the resort was conveniently located close to local attractions and offered a variety of activities on site that were perfect for the kids.

The size of our room, which was not ideal for our family of four. We also had issues with the bathroom, which was outdated and not very clean.

Beautiful grounds, delicious food , and attentive staff who cater to dietary requirements. Management and staff went above and beyond to help during an accident, providing exceptional support. Highly recommended for the best and friendliest service.
